Experience in customer transactions, billing, or accounting roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and managing billing data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Clear and professional communication skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in using computer software, including spreadsheets, billing software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new systems or processes quickly.
Fluent knowledge of Dutch is a must. Good knowledge of English. French is a plus.
