Your work & responsibilities

You are part of a team of functional & technical Customer Experience experts, and contribute to delivering excellence across client engagements:

  • Gather business goals through engaging with clients. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis for major and minor projects

  • Structurally translate client needs to technical teams

  • Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute the business plans

  • Collect and understand the business requirements and translate those into functional requirements

  • Analyze interdependencies of functional and non-functional Requirements

  • Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with business requirements

  • Document gaps in projects whilst providing potential solutions

  • Prepare business cases

  • Supporting CxOs to create amazing omnichannel customer experiences

  • Maintain timely communications to business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure common understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business area

  • Ensure the technical team has everything in their hands to succeed

  • Define acceptance criteria together with the business stakeholders

  • Originate, shape, sell and deliver transformations for the clients you will be working with.

  • Collaborate with our international innovative multi-disciplinary teams (expert & international delivery center) to bring the best-in-class expertise and delivery capacity as part of large transformation projects.

  • You are very curious, connect and maintain relationships with our network of innovation centers, international practices, and ecosystem to bring the best of our experience and differentiators to our clients and our people.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • Degree in Information Management, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related area

  • 1-5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analyst and/or Digital Data Analytics role, preferably in a consulting environment

  • Agile experience and digital experience preferred (e.g. Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, O2O Digital Channels, etc.)

  • Understanding of design thinking

  • Experienced in executing implementation digital projects

  • Strong background in digital business analysis and/or system analysis

  • Strong analytical mind with excellent relationship management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders

  • Drive and energy to shape & create new opportunities in the market

  • Passion for innovation and collaboration with eco-system to create value for our clients

  • Experience and contributed in client and business development activities

  • Attitude to interact with functional or business stakeholders  

  • Fluent in English & French or Dutch.
