Agile Transformation Manager

You are passionate about Business Agility, and are convinced it’s a crucial enabler of business performance. Your experience enables you to understand quickly our clients’ organisation, and design new (Agile) operating models and (Lean) Governance adapted to their specific context. You are eager to help our customers understand and embrace agile ways of working. You want to play an active role on the full transformation spectrum, from shaping the journey with senior management to hands-on coaching on the floor. You have Agile delivery experience, coaching experience, consulting experience, or all of the above ? Your job

Depending on your role and seniority, you will contribute to sell and deliver Agile Transformation initiatives:

• Drive end-to-end transformations with Agile ways of working as a cornerstone.
• Design new operating models and transformation programs governance.
• Perform maturity assessments & diagnostics on Agile ways of working.
• Coach Agile teams in all roles and functions, from leadership to teams coaching.
• Act as role model and be part of an Agile team delivering products and projects for our clients.
• Be a Subject Matter Expert for customer workhops and thought leadership activities.
• Contribute to business development, and build trusted relationships with our key-clients.
