Investment Consultant – Financial Services / Capital Markets / Brokerage Houses and Investment

As a member of the Capital Markets team, you will work with leading financial institutions acrossin Poland and Europe. You will help clients transform their front-to-back operations and drive growth by leveraging digital innovation, data, and advanced technologies. You will support clients in areas such as trading, post-trade processing, risk and regulatory compliance, and client experience enabling them to become more agile, efficient, and resilient in an increasingly complex and fast-evolving market environment.
THE WORK
-
Support projects across Capital Markets and Investment Services, including brokerage houses, investment funds, and private banking, by conducting business analysis activities such as requirements definition, process mapping, and functional

Contribute to business and technology change initiatives by applying knowledge of investment products, brokerage operations, fund processes, and private banking client

Analyze system documentation and configurations, support testing activities, prepare project documentation, and deliver user training

Design operational processes, functionalities, and tools supporting analytical, reconciliation and testing activities
-
Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure business requirements are properly translated into implemented solutions

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support decision-making

Maintain structured communication and effective stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Capital Markets or investment-related projects
-
Good knowledge of financial instruments; passed CFA exams would be an advantage
-
Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle across brokerage, investment funds, and private banking areas

Knowledge of trading, post-trade, client servicing, and investment operations processes
-
Fluent English and Polish at minimum C1 level
-
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to investment advisory, including MiFID II
-
Ability to interpret market trends and challenges from both business and technology perspectives

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze, reconcile, structure, and present data

Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience in facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional teams

Structured thinking and the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
NICE TO HAVE

Previous Eexperience in consulting or project-based environments

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Basic SQL knowledge

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office-depending on specific project circumstances.
