Entrerai nel team Engineering Transformation, contribuendo a programmi di trasformazione end-to-end dell’ingegneria e all’evoluzione dei modelli operativi di digital engineering e product lifecycle, combinando competenze tecniche, innovazione e valore di business.

Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Nel ruolo di Engineering Transformation Consultant ti occuperai di:
Guidare iniziative di Engineering Transformation su design engineering, simulazione e CAD/CAE, abilitando l’adozione dell’AI lungo il Product Lifecycle
Contribuire alla definizione funzionale di soluzioni di Engineering AI, traducendo bisogni ingegneristici in use case concreti e scalabili
Lavorare su virtual product development, digital twin e simulazione avanzata, supportando l’evoluzione dei processi di sviluppo prodotto
Collaborare con team multidisciplinari (R&D, Engineering, IT, Data & AI) per integrare soluzioni innovative nei contesti industriali dei clienti
Supportare la governance funzionale dei progetti, garantendo qualità ingegneristica, fattibilità tecnica e valore
Partecipare a iniziative di R&D e sperimentazione, contribuendo allo sviluppo di asset, acceleratori e nuove soluzioni Industry X.
Le tue caratteristiche

5–6 anni di esperienza in ambito ingegneristico presso aziende industriali di prodotto, centri R&D o società di ingegneria

Solida esperienza in design engineering, simulazione e CAD/CAE (MCAD)

Competenze di programmazione e automazione applicata all’ingegneria (es. scripting, workflow e toolchain tecniche)

Esperienza nella collaborazione con team R&D e sviluppo di soluzioni innovative

Interesse o prime esperienze in AI applicata all’ingegneria (automazione, ottimizzazione, generative design, AI a supporto della simulazione)

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Aerospaziale, Matematica o discipline affini.
