About the Role
As an AI Developer, you will design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions that support digital transformation across our clients’ businesses. You will work hands‑on across machine learning, generative AI, automation, and data-driven applications, creating scalable and production-ready AI features that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI/ML models, including classical ML, NLP, and generative AI capabilities
Build pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
Develop APIs and components that integrate AI models into enterprise systems and applications
Contribute to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and LLM-based workflow automation
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and engineers to translate requirements into AI solutions
Implement monitoring, logging, and model performance tracking
Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI principles, security standards, and compliance requirements
Participate in agile delivery ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement practices
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience in machine learning, AI development, or data-driven software engineering
Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience working with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI platforms)
Familiarity with building APIs, microservices, or serverless functions
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
Ability to analyze business problems and design AI-driven solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with vector databases, embedding architectures, or LLMOps tooling
Understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD for model deployment
Hands-on work with NLP pipelines, text analytics, or conversational AI
Experience working in regulated industries such as banking or financial services
