You’ll collaborate with teams to align development with business goals, oversee timelines, ensure stakeholder communication, and guide problem-solving to deliver quality outcomes while maintaining best practices. Technical Experience : - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional Attributes : Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.Experience with project management tools and techniques.Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
