Interactive Marketing Executive
"Being bold and curious to explore new clients, industries and countries and my ability to build diverse teams are the key ingredients in every step of my career."
I lead a business design team and split my time between project delivery, thought leadership and client engagement and sales. In my role, I grow talent—and by growing talent, I help clients solve really wicked, complex business problems.
I started my career nearly nine years ago as a business design lead with Fjord, design and innovation from Accenture Interactive, and have enjoyed every opportunity I’ve been offered since. I believe that being bold and curious to explore new clients, industries and countries and my ability to build diverse teams are the key ingredients in every step of my career.
I’ve helped get Fjord started in Sweden, led very diverse engagements from Moscow to Istanbul to Basel, helped grow Fjord’s business-design offering, established structured client engagement models across the Nordics. Now, I’m helping grow Interactive in Finland.
I worked on an amazing two-year project where we helped build design capability for a large Nordic energy company. It was lovely to see how our client embraced design and human-centricity across all products.

Each day is different, which is why I love my job. I spend most of my day with different clients, collaborating with leadership. Then about 20 percent of the day is spent leading and collaborating with my team, enjoying time together.
What I love most about working at Accenture is the people and the culture—the way people support each other. We develop solutions to complex business challenges that typically have not yet been faced. We really do learn something new every day.
I have a personal goal: Do something that you love each day. I have a “room of my own” with an antique desk that I inherited from my Karelian grandfather. On that desk sits our personal digital assistant, who runs our helpful smart home, and two ice-hockey pucks that I got from our two teenage boys to celebrate their first championship wins. Those three items symbolize my ethos: my strong Karelian family roots, my always-ready ability to innovate, create and use the latest technologies and my hockey-mom side, who believes the best teams win and celebrate success together as one.
