Currently, I’m the link that connects technology and business teams. I play an essential role ensuring both these sides are aligned since they do not speak the same language. With my role working with two entities, I’ve grown to understand both sides, which is something I’ve always wanted to do.
In my latest project, I integrated the Salesforce Cloud Platform in one of the largest national banks in Thailand. I helped redesign the user and customer experience of the bank’s contact center, simplifying processes for their customers and increasing operational efficiency for their call center agents. I love that Salesforce is one of the best customer relationship management (CRM) tools around!

Happy to make my dad proud! I am honest, friendly and motivated, and I bring these qualities to my professional life. After some time at Accenture, I have grown to be more organized and agile. These traits have become useful as I deal with unexpected tasks effectively and in a timely manner at work.
As I continue to grow professionally, Accenture has empowered me to maintain my work-life integration. In my spare time, I sell fashionable office essentials under my own brand Wondrous, which offers a collection of card holders, tote bags and travel caps.
