Every day brings a new challenge for me. Hence, I never get bored.
I found this to be true when I worked on one of the most exciting projects I’ve had: mobile banking. Project priorities could change any time depending on a lot of factors, such as business unit concerns, partner readiness and even government policy.
Despite the challenges, I made sure that we could still deliver client needs within the agreed timeline without performance or reliability issues. We used agile methods to proactively adapt and accommodate any changes. Communication also played a vital role in making everyone understand their responsibilities and how they fit in the big picture.
Since joining Accenture, I’ve developed skills in project management, technical communication, business deployment and more! I’ve certainly learned a lot.
Apart from that, I also like how Accenture embraces an open work culture. People here support new thoughts and ideas. Everyone’s opinion gets heard in group discussions without bias. We understand that we can achieve more when we work together as a team.
In my spare time, I enjoy attending yoga and Zumba classes to stay in shape. I also love eating out with friends and colleagues and travelling abroad.
