Responsible for a small to medium-sized recruiting pipeline (or shares the responsibility for a large recruiting pipeline), meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
Provide the first level of candidate screening (reviewing CV’s) plus interview arrangements for shortlisted candidates.
Manage Purchase Order and contract life cycle from issuance, termination, amendment and extension.
Assist team and Country Lead in implementing business operation improvement initiatives
Coordinate with vendors /contractors on the invoicing and payment procedures
Serve as initial escalation point for issues arising from administrative matters
Handle the day to day operations from contractor sourcing to contractor off-boarding.
Handle the entire life cycle of the contract term including termination, extension, and amendments.
Qualifications
Maximum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or other related field
Strong relationship management skills and eager to learn
Team player, self-starter, demonstrating initiative, and confidence
Work well under pressure and dynamic environment
Thorough/detailed approach to work
Fluent English and Thai
