The role involves
Proactive leadership within a dedicated account team on a premier client in our Products portfolio to identify, build and progress a pipeline of opportunities in support of our client’s business agenda
Fostering and developing focus account client relationships within client business units to monitor, understand and shape client thinking against specific challenges within the business units
Continuously keep updated on the retail trends that can help shape conversations with the client
Coordinating access to tenders, developing proposals and winning engagements with the support of the account team
Acting as the voice of the client in coordinating a response from Accenture suite of services and ecosystem partners
The ideal candidate should
Possess an MBA or master’s degree with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Accountancy, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain or other related disciplines.
Demonstrate 10+ years’ experience of providing Account management services to Products or retail companies but will consider strong candidates from consulting that have demonstrated track record of delivering transformation to such companies particularly those candidates that also have experience in lead generation and opportunity / deals shaping that deliver value to our client and our firm.
Have been involved in pricing and profit optimization in support of solution and deal shaping.
Exhibit strong interpersonal and presentation skills that can be comfortably applied in interacting with C-level suite, senior management and collaboration with client account team throughout the sales cycle.
Be a passionate advocate on the future of retail through of digital transformation and innovation on behalf of your client.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisor, and management teams with interpersonal, communications, and persuasive skills
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and team ethos in delivery and sales that will proactively contribute to Accenture’s growth ambitions in the Account
Preferably a Thai national, you will be located in Thailand with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
