Critical Success Factors

Technical

• Functional Test Planning
• Strong track record in Project Management
• Experience in Deployment methodology and approach which could be looking into the experience related to cutting over large scale implementations.
• Experience working on Core Banking / Banking related project or systems and/or Industry Experience
• Experience in Test Automation Strategy (good to have but not a must)

Functional

• Conversant in Thai language as this role will be working closely with Thai speaking stakeholders / clients.
