As a Management Consulting practitioner in our team, you’ll often be:
 
  • Delivering valuable insights and designing and implementing business change with a focus on people and process.
  • Using design led thinking to enhance client customer experience
  • Defining client organizational priorities that could benefit from a liquid workforce
  • Optimizing client processes using analytics
You should possess some of the following skills/experience:
 
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in project management, project management office, business analysis, change management, or solution design.
  • Solid knowledge in financial services industry processes
  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.
  • Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
  • The ability to develop creative and breakthrough solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills.
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information.
  • A desire to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe.
  • New graduates with outstanding academic performance and high learning agility can be considered.
