As a SAP Finance Associate Consultant, you will work alongside experienced SAP professionals on international transformation projects, helping clients improve and digitalize their finance processes through SAP solutions. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience, structured learning, and exposure to real business challenges while building expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI).
YOUR MISSION:
Support implementation and maintenance of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) solutions
Assist with analysis of business requirements and finance processes
Participate in system testing, issue resolution, and user support activities
Help configure and maintain SAP FI functionalities under senior guidance
Collaborate with finance teams, business users, and technical consultants
Support data migration, reporting, and system optimization initiatives

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of base pay for this role is 1180€ - 2120€

WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, Information Systems
Basic understanding of finance processes
Initial exposure to SAP through studies, internships, or work experience
Interest in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and business process consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and develop SAP consulting expertise
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
German language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
English language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
Slovak language proficiency at advanced (C1/C2) level
Willingness to work from our Bratislava office (at least 3x per week)
