お客様のIT領域のデジタル変革を推進していただきます。
・お客様のCEO、CIO、情報システム部長と一緒に、業務プロセス改革を推進しIT戦略、ITロードマップを提案します。
・お客様IT領域の業務プロセス改革に向けServiceNowの製品選定を含むソリューションを検討し提案します。
・ServiceNow導入の要件定義から設計、開発、テスト、運用、オフショアのマネジメントまで全てを担当します。
・多様な業界におけるプロジェクト(大規模、グローバルなど)の幅広いフェーズに携わり、市場価値の高いServiceNowエキスパート(コンサルタント・エンジニア)を目指すことが可能です。
◆応募要件
下記いずれか該当する経験をお持ちの方
・ServiceNowの導入コンサルティング、要件定義、設計、開発（コンフィグ、コーディング）、テストの経験 ※ITSM、ITOM、ITBM、HRSD、AppEngineなどの領域
・お客様IT部門等との要件調整を含むシステム開発のプロジェクトマネジメントまたはチームリード経験（3年以上）
・JavaScript開発経験
・ITILをベースとしたIT運用経験、運用課題整理やオペレーションの標準化に取り組んだ経験
・ServiceNow認定資格（CSA、CIS、CAD、CAS）を保有
