Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Good to have skills : Java Enterprise Edition, Generative AI, AWS Application Integration

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. The role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer leads discussions on transformation initiatives and customer journey improvements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. This position demands a proactive approach to ensure that the implemented solutions effectively meet the evolving needs of the clients and support their strategic goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration projects.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Generative AI, AWS Application Integration.
- Strong understanding of system integration concepts and middleware technologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Familiarity with API management and service-oriented architecture.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
