How you will make an impact
Provide technical support to users encountering issues with the Issue Management system.
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems related to the Issue Management system.
Ensure incidents related to Issue Management are resolved promptly, minimizing disruption to workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as development, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure effective incident management and identify opportunities for system improvement.

Qualifications
What you need to succeed
At least one year of working experience, preferably in a technical support role.
Experience with ITIL or Agile (DevOps) methodologies a plus.
Strong understanding of incident/issue management principles.
Experience working with application quality analysis and quality management processes beneficial.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
