The Business Analyst we are looking for, leads consultative engagements with complex enterprise customers, partnering with key collaborators to create compelling visions while gathering requirements and completing goals and strategies.

  • Will serve as hands-on Business Analysts, using good interpersonal skills, functional and/or technical knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their client’s business to deliver customer expected functional needs.

  • Are strong presenters and facilitators, obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision, and driving the difficult conversations necessary to implement business requirements.

  • Will interact with both technical and functional customers to understand and gather requirements, analyze information, prioritize backlog, and create user stories based on requirements with appropriate acceptance criteria.

  • They also show a strong understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives.

  • Business Analysts contribute to thought leadership and Agile best practices and processes in order to facilitate and lead Agile events and establish an environment where the team can be effective.

  • Product knowledge (Insurance specific Vlocity) is advantage

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes in the Health or P&C Insurance business

  • Create user stories based on customer requirements with appropriate acceptance criteria

  • Focus on backlog prioritization and work with stakeholders and customer needs to define roadmap

  • Work with stakeholders, product owner, and team members to understand scope and suggest improvements

  • Deliver high client satisfaction (CSAT) and positively impact client renewals (when applicable)

  • Excellent written, presentation and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and processes

  • Generate positive feedback from internal teams and leadership

  • Show continued professional growth and development

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

  • BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent

  • Agile knowledge and/or BA certifications is advantage

  • 1+ years of relevant experience is advantage

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience is advantage

  • Experience in Salesfroce Vlocity is advantage

  • English advanced
