At the moment we are really eager to meet you, our future colleague, that will be part of the Regional EMEA Network Services, as a Network Support Engineer, focusing on Network IT Operations and/or on managing delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.

Our future colleague will:

  • Manage the Accenture LAN/WAN network (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba, Symantec) for Middle East, Africa and Europe region as a 3rd level for any network related issues
  • Deliver network services by ticketing system as defined in SLA
  • Solving network failures, maintenance, deployment and replacement of network devices per predefined Accenture standards
  • Using Management and Monitoring Systems.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, processes and procedures
  • Maintenance of network documentation and create reports
  • On-Call support

Qualifications

What will help you succeed:

  • Diploma/BE/Master Tech. preferable in IT/Network or related specialities
  • At least basic knowledge about LAN/WAN networks.
  • Understanding of below technologies:

o    Switches (trunking, aggregating interfaces, VTP, STP)

o    Routers (BGP Routing, QOS, VOIP, Multicasts, GRE, VRF, IPSec)

o    Firewalls (filtering, routing, NAT)

 

  • Good communication skill, open to internal customers, willing to learn, open to share knowledge and cooperation with a team members
  • Able to individually solve problems (e.g. troubleshoot some performance issue)
  • High energy level and be able to effectively work with various cross functional teams
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
