Deliver reporting, communications, and events in our Europe Market Team
Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to implement projects and programs
Manage, track, and report progress to ensure project milestones and delivery targets are met
Proactively keep stakeholders up-to-date on project status, next steps, risks, and recommendations
Keep an eye on innovative solutions
Create the materials that effectively communicate the Accenture HR Operations story across the Europe Market
Support efforts to assess current state, identify business opportunities to optimize value and define the business process and or future model that will achieve tangible value for the client. This may include creation of a journey management plan.
Support Europe Directors in realization of the Future Enterprise business case.
Manage the European Enablement Team to support the Core HR Director in implementing his strategy across all three streams Employee Services, Supply and Demand, HR Partners
Collaborate with all other support functions aligned to ensure synergy and alignment across streams.
Work closely with the Enablement Team in Buenos Aires on all HR Global initiatives.
Work closely with the European change and Transformation Leads to ensure alignment to the Core HR Strategy and Objectives
Here’s what you need:
Minimum ten years of experience in operations management and/or governance
Minimum five years of experience in program or project management
Experience in business transformation at European Level
Experience in change management at European Level
Experience in stakeholders management at European Level
Bonus points if:
You have expertise in HR or HR technology
You thrive in managing and bringing clarity to ambiguity
You can put together compelling and persuasive presentations that communicate your goals, conclusions, recommendations, and action plans to your stakeholders
