Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

HR Reporting

• Deliver various reports and consistency checks related to HR over French entities and global perimeter of the client, during and outside Month End Closing Period.

• Extract different reports from Global HR tool and do consistency checks on them based on clear rules in order to ensure accuracy of all calculations (e.g.  Payroll calculation, holiday calculation);

• Send communications to all subsidiaries in order to correct the data they declared in the global tool

• Extract different reports from Global HR tool in order to integrate them in an consolidated way as per client requirements.

HR Learning

• Input training requirements into the training management tool

• Planning and preparation of training sessions (Logistics management for enrolments/cancellations, Planning and organization of training sessions)

• Administrative management sessions (creation of purchase order in SAP, management and closing of training documents (gathering of attendance certificates, bills, evaluation scheme)

• Reporting for HR Learning – Governance and reporting (follow-up of satisfaction rates, training budget and attendance rates)

• Update in HR tool the information regarding each training session as per client request

• Deliver reports regarding training sessions (showing trends, launching costs calculation of every training session)

• Ensuring that all documentation for each training session are complete and correct, demand missing documents from suppliers, in order to close the training sessions;

• Calculation of annual accruals;
