Job Description
The candidate will become an international team member, who cooperates with other network colleagues in other countries to cover all network functionality in EMEA region!
The key area of responsibility:
Manage the Accenture LAN/WAN network (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba, Symantec) for Middle East, Africa and Europe region as a 3rd level for any network related issues
Deliver network services by ticketing system as defined in SLA
Solving network failures, maintenance, deployment and replacement of network devices per predefined Accenture standards
Using Management and Monitoring Systems
Ensure adherence to policies, processes and procedures
Maintenance of network documentation and create reports
On-Call support
Qualifications
Requirements:
Diploma/BE/Master Tech. preferable in IT/Network or related specialities
At least basic knowledge about LAN/WAN networks
Understanding of these technologies: Switches (trunking, aggregating interfaces, VTP, STP), Routers (BGP Routing, QOS, VOIP, Multicasts, GRE, VRF, IPSec), Firewalls (filtering, routing, NAT)
must to be communicative, open to internal customers, willing to learn, open to share knowledge and cooperation with a team members
Able to individually solve problems (e.g. troubleshoot some performance issue)
High energy level and be able to effectively work with various cross functional teams
Language skills:
English: Good level to be able communicate with a team and clients.
Experience in following areas is an advantage:
WIFI
Monitoring systems, creating network statistics
Build databases
Create scripts for maintaining network devices
