Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing Lead - Romania
 
LOCATION:

REPORTS TO:
Country Marketing & Communication Lead
 
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB: 
Plan, budget, execute and measure integrated marketing and communications campaigns in line with global guidelines and reflecting local specifics to position Accenture as an Employer of Choice in Romania.
 
 
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
  • Develop the external employer brand marketing strategy to ensure that Accenture has a highly-recognized employer brand in Romania
  • Plan, budget, execute and measure integrated marketing and communications activities to increase awareness, knowledge and consideration for our master brand (Accenture) and sub-brands (Accenture Digital; Accenture Technology; Accenture Operations) as great place to work and most desired employer in local marketplace
  • Drive employer brand presence and engagement across Digital and Social Media channels
  • Collaborate closely with: Recruitment Lead to define the strategy and the annual Recruitment Marketing plan according with business needs and with the Internal Communication Lead to ensure alignment with internal communication plan
  • Establish strong relationships with key Universities/Faculties and Student Associations
  • Deliver a wide portfolio of online/offline advertising; direct marketing; PR and events
  • Coordinate a team of marketing professionals dedicated to external employer branding.

WHO ARE YOU:
  • Degree in any of the following is very welcome: Marketing; Communications; PR
  • At least 7 years of Marketing & Communications experience (and tangible results)
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing integrated campaigns using wide portfolio channels
  • Experience with Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing is a strong advantage
  • Innovative leader who works autonomously and independently (yet able to integrate with other internal teams)
  • Proven experience in the social media, understand the social media landscape, including channels, best practices and audiences.
  • Proactive self-starter who can work under pressure and at a fast pace
  • Written and spoken English language skills
  • Able to manage projects, budget and external vendors
  • Effective communication/messaging skills
  • Able to build credibility with a large network of key stakeholders, including highest levels of leadership
