- Job description

  • Handling, analyzing and resolving phone and email inquiries for Support Center customers regarding simple technical and functional problems;
  • Answering questions regarding the client’s tools and processes;
  • Providing support for internal and external customers using a service catalogue to resolve issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of Italian (English is always required);
  • Up to 2 years’ experience performing some of the duties listed above -nice to have;
  • University Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Foreign Languages, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or other related field;
  • Team player;
  • Availability to work full time.
