THE WORK:

Provide administrative support to managers.

Prepare reports and presentations.

Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and workshops.

Ensure the timely completion of tasks and the effective flow of information.

Enter and maintain data in internal systems.

Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our business group.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Active student status for at least one more year, with availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong command of both English and Polish (minimum B2 level).

Interest in a PMO role, supported by experience gained through project work, student organizations, or similar activities.

Based in Warsaw and able to work on-site from the office.

Well-organized, communicative, and creative, with a proactive and flexible approach to work.

Outgoing and people-oriented, with a genuine passion for building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
