Overview
As an Ad Operations Junior Specialist, you will support the execution and delivery of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they are set up accurately, delivered on time and aligned with defined quality standards and SLAs.
You will work in a shift‑based model, supporting global clients across different time zones, while developing hands‑on experience in digital ads operations.
THE WORK
Campaign Execution & Digital Ads Support
Support the setup, management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns
Perform campaign trafficking, updates and basic troubleshooting following defined workflows
Ensure tasks are completed accurately and in line with guidelines and timelines
SLA & Queue Management
Manage assigned tasks and queues under guidance from the team
Learn how to prioritize work based on urgency and business impact
Support timely delivery while maintaining attention to detail, even with higher volumes
Quality & Accuracy
Support error‑free task execution and structured handoffs
Follow documented workflows and quality frameworks
Participate in quality reviews and apply feedback to improve performance
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Support communication with Account Managers and Ads Operations teams (via tools like Jira)
Provide clear and accurate status updates on assigned tasks
Learn how to set realistic expectations and escalate risks appropriately
Collaboration & Flexibility
Work closely with your team and support different business verticals when needed
Adapt to shift schedules and changing business priorities
Support coverage during peak periods, public holidays or staffing gaps
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:

English proficiency at minimum B2+ level (written and spoken)

Interest in digital advertising, media or ad operations

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities

Flexibility to work in a shift‑based environment
Preferred:
-
Education in the field of, or completion of courses/training (ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or related fields)

First experience (internship, traineeship or entry‑level role) in digital media or operations
-
Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem

Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
WORK ARRANGEMENTS
We work with clients from the United States and Canada.
Because of the time difference, we work on different shifts to support them during their working hours.

You can work on two main shifts: morning shift: (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET); afternoon shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM CET

Some team members also work weekend shifts. These are planned in advance and follow local labour law.

When the time changes (daylight saving time), your shift may start one hour earlier or later.

This role requires flexibility to adapt to business needs.

Weekend work (Saturday and/or Sunday) may be required, depending on business volume.

Work is carried out in a hybrid setup (50%/50%), based on business requirements.

The first 3 weeks will include in-office training.

The office is located in the Proximo II building, ul. Przyokopowa 26, Warsaw.
