THE WORK: 

 

As a Learning Advisory Consultant in our Digital Learning & Learning Technologies practice, a typical day might include: 

 

  • Diagnosing learning function of the Client – including assessment of learning maturity, learning operating model, learning offer, and similar 

  • Designing learning organization and its operating model for the learning function of the Client or in the digital transformation project context 

  • Designing workforce upskilling strategies – including, but not limited to, AI transformation projects of Clients 

  • Optimizing learning experiences of the Client – including learning needs analysis, definition of value proposition, design of learning pathways  

  • Consulting, as Subject Matter Expert, on curricula and learning journeys leveraging on full variety of blended learning formats 

  • Measuring of learning impact in the process of adoption of new ways of working in alignment with Accenture change management and adoption methodologies  

  • Managing learning and development projects and project plans including timelines, resources, staffing, budget, evaluation 

  • Serving as an Advisore, Subject Matter Expert, Trainer, Facilitator and Quality Assurance role for the Clients  

 

 

 

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

 

  • Minimum bachelor's degree and Fluency in English 

  • 3+ years of experience in learning courses development with the use of at least two of the following authoring tools: MS PowerPoint, Prezi, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, WBT Express, Gomo Learning, Elucidat, WalkMe, Assima, SAP EnableNow, Edcast, Whatfix, Camtasia, Adobe After Effects 

  • 2+ years of experience in applying Instructional Design, learning models and theories, e.g: ADDIE, ARCS, Blooms’ Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training Evaluation 

  • Evidenced experience in the Learning&Development Function role or project in the context of Change Management for ERP, CRM and HR systems implementations 

  • Exposure to one of the following domains would be a strong asset: e-learning, mobile learning, gamified learning, video learning, extended reality (VR/AR) learning, social learning, interactive performance support, learning academies, knowledge management
