Agile IT Operating Model Consultant (She/He/They) - ICH Europe

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Min. bachelor’s degree. Any of the certificates related to Agile, projects or service management e.g. PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist (or any other SAFe related certificates), AgilePM, PMI certs, ITIL etc – are welcome

• Experience in working in Agile within IT environments, preferably on roles such as Agile Coach/Scrum Master/RTE;  

• Nice to have: experience in Agile transformations or in designing Agile processes/structures in the teams   

• Nice to have: experience in a consulting company in advisor role supporting organizational changes  

• First class written and verbal communication skills 

• Proficiency in English 

• Ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner allowing interactions with client representatives at all levels 

• Nice to have: any other foreign languages (a proficiency in German is a strong asset) 

• Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform end-to-end analyses 

• Ability to work independently on projects to handle new challenges in dynamic work environments  

• Willingness to work in international environments

We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
