This role will be part of the Global Services Security Legal Team supporting business growth by acting as Subject Matter expert on security offerings and client agreements, anticipating risks, designing mitigation strategies and generating advice on the regulatory landscape concerning the Business.

GLOBAL SECURITY legal COUNSEL - GLOBAL SERVICES LEGAL

Key Responsibilities
Assessing new Security offerings, developing risk mitigation strategies and enabling the Security Business ‘go-to-market’ strategy.
Supporting client opportunities as a Security SME, by providing business focused, risk based, advice to the Security Business, Sales Teams and Accenture’s client-facing Legal team.
Team with Accenture Regulatory and Compliance Counsel to analyze and provide advice regarding applicable regulations and anticipate the impact of regulatory changes on the Security Business.
Develop guidance and templates for Security offerings to enable Accenture’s client-facing Legal team to efficiently handle day-to-day contracting.
Develop and deliver clear communications, guidance, and training regarding legal considerations for the Security Business, Sales Teams and Accenture’s client-facing Legal team.
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships within the Security Business and Legal organizations.
Help evaluate prospective acquisition targets and shape post-merger integration strategy.
Qualifications
Knowledge Skills and Experience
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting, ideally advising on security
Experience analyzing complex facts and situations to provide risk analysis and mitigation strategies
Experience with emerging technologies and offerings and related contract structures
Understanding or willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes as required for the offerings, including with respect to data protection and privacy
Track record of developing trusted relationships with senior business leaders
Experience shaping deals and evaluating innovative commercial models for new product and service offerings, ideally including data & AI services
Project Management knowledge/skills desired
