As a part of Collections Admin Team, you will have the responsibility for supporting Collections Team located in EMEA, APAC, LATAM & NA. The environment is internationally dynamic. Working in partnership with the Collections Team and Outside Collection Agencies will be a key to your success.
THE WORK:

Process account suspensions and reactivations.

Process new order approvals and monitor those put on hold.

Accounts and inquiries assignment.

Close cooperation with external collection activities.

Very close interactions with Debt Recovery team and Credit Team.

Support cloud resellers termination process.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Written and spoken fluency in English language (min. B2 level is required).
Full-time availability, 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office package.
Strong attention to detail.
