THE WORK:

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, your typical day might include:

  • Setting up B2C/B2B marketing automation journeys and gathering business requirements and designing processes and solutions for implementation.

  • Contributing to technology vendor assessment and collaborate on capability assessments and campaign activation.

  • Evaluate and implement CDPs and platforms like AJO, Marketo, SFMC and SFMC Pardot.

  • Execute omnichannel campaigns and build dashboards for actionable insights.

  • Support change management, team enablement, and adoption of new tools and processes.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network Song (GN Song) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, and MarTech implementation.

  • Strong B2B/B2C marketing knowledge with tools like AJO, Adobe campaign, Braze or SFMC.

  • Hands-on with email, mobile push, lead management, CRM integration, and MQL/SQL workflows.

  • Skilled in segmentation, personalization, email QA, and marketing process optimization.

  • Techno-functional consulting experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Familiarity with tools like Dynamics 365 Marketing, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Unity, Braze.

  • MarTech hands-on experience backed by professional certificates.

  • Industry experience in any of Banking, CPG, Telecom & Life Sciences.
