THE WORK:
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:

Assess current MarTech landscape, define future-state architecture, and recommend enhancements across ecosystems like Salesforce / Adobe etc.

Lead requirements and design workshops, translating marketing goals into scalable data, segmentation, and personalization use cases.

Design and implement lifecycle campaigns, orchestrated journeys, and customer profiles leveraging either Adobe Experience Platform or SFMC / Data Cloud.

Establish KPIs, track performance, and drive insight-led optimization and continual improvement in marketing effectiveness.

Manage multi-disciplinary teams and delivery, ensuring privacy compliance, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network Song (GN Song) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

8–10 years in MarTech consulting with strong experience across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Experience Platform.

Expertise in campaign management, segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel orchestration for measurable outcomes.
-
Solid capability in above platform configuration, data integrations, and enterprise audience management.
-
Strong understanding of operating models and digital channel strategies to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
-
Skilled in measurement, KPI definition, and lifecycle performance optimization using insights and analytics.
-
Proven client-facing consulting experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
-
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver programs with operational discipline and quality.

Knowledge of privacy, governance, and secure marketing operations to support compliant scaling.

Certifications across Salesforce (SFMC, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot, Loyalty) and/or Adobe Experience Platform, with strong marketing foundations (MBA a plus).

Expertise in orchestrating personalized omnichannel experiences, managing large-scale campaign operations, and optimizing performance through insights and analytics.

Experience delivering digital marketing and data-driven transformations, engaging senior stakeholders, and solutioning with tools like Adobe Workfront, Target, or similar.
