Industry X – Digital Manufacturing Manager (GN)

THE WORK/ YOU WILL:
· Lead the evolution of Digital Manufacturing capabilities in Polish node of Capability Network, managing the team, reporting to the leadership
· Play a Subject Matter Expert role in the areas of Digital Manufacturing Strategy & Excellence, Energy Management, MES/MOM Implementation and establishing Remote Operations Centers
· Work on Project Management Activities including tracking of project budget, deliverables and resources, managing vendor relationships, mitigating project risks and managing project change requests
· Take responsibility for Business development by building and maintaining relationships with current and new clients, opportunities identification as well as involvement into proposals creation and submission
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network (GN) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

Qualifications
WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Highly motivated and self-driven professional with industry and consulting experience – 12+ years in the following segments: CG&S / Chemicals / Lifesciences
· Engineering background with MBA degree preferred
· Good practical experience in Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), connected assets, cloud solutions, production data analytics, automation and control etc.
· Experience in digital transformation of organizations and implementation of Siemens, Dassault and Rockwell MES platforms
· Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes, energy consumption management, production planning and scheduling and MES/MOM systems implementation.
· Programme and Project Management skills: Involves effectively planning, managing and coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment with numerous and complex stakeholders groups and execute on-time and on budget
· Proficient in analyzing and translating Business Requirements to Technical Requirements and Architecture
· Excellent sales and client relations management skills
· People Management skills: supervision and management of the assigned Accenture team as well as project team members
