Your basic skills
Solid experience with motion technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects)
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, continuity
Creative mind and storytelling skills
Confidence to work independently or in a group
Strong written and verbal communication skills
In-depth design capabilities
Significant industry experience
Ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines
Problem solving skills
Ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts
Foresight to put yourself in the shoes of the user
Meticulous attention to detail
8 years of relevant experience
Typical activities
The specific details of Motion Design Associate Manager’s role do vary, but common activities include:
Brainstorming storyboard and animation ideas with colleagues
Familiarising yourself with the target audience
Assembling recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects
Collaborating with our Creative team to make the work great
Interacting with internal marketing clients and other members of the team
Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client
