Our Consultants have excellent communication skills (English and at least one other language) with the ability to explain complicated things simply. We measure our success by building a relationship with a client, both business and IT. The most experienced talents will be responsible to lead and manage the projects, financials, the relationship with the client and cooperate with our delivery centers across the globe.
What will you do?
The primary purpose of this position will be to support Downstream companies in complex IT transformations with a possibility to build cutting-edge analytical solutions. To do so, you will:
work with top Energy companies (Accenture clients) around the world designing and implementing analytical solutions that provide actionable insights across Downstream value chain with regards to the following key processes:
Oil and feedstock supply,
Oil and product trading,
Product supply and distribution,
play key role in transformational projects that change the way companies use their data.
identify data sources in multiple IT systems, dependencies between them and synthetize them into operational and C-suite insights.
work creatively on enriching existing reporting and Business Intelligence solutions with non-obvious data points that bring financial value for clients.
cooperate with global teams with differentiated skillset across business and IT domains.
provide recommendations towards optimizing Downstream operating models based on data analysis and drive change focused on improving financial performance of our clients.
be part of a team that supports your development and guides in achieving short- and long-term career goals.
learn from more experienced colleagues and share your knowledge across the team to support growth of CN Energy Downstream practice in Poland.
learn new things every day.
At least 2 years of professional experience.
Master’s degree in relevant technical or business discipline.
Experience in the Energy industry or experience in other commodity industries will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of a key Downstream process will be considered an asset.
Ability to analyze business processes in line with data related IT requirements.
Experience with building and/or maintaining managerial and/or operational reports.
Ability to identify relationships between complex data sets.
Understanding of data modelling concepts and ETL process (Extract, Transform, Load).
Good working knowledge of at least one reporting and visualization technology (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View).
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, Oracle, etc.) will be considered an asset.
Experience in transformation and IT implementation projects will be considered an asset.
Ability to work in the English language in a business context.
Good communication skills.
Self-starter and team player.
Quick learner able to adapt to a changing business environment.
Headquarter: Warsaw or Lodz or Wroclaw or Cracow Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situation
Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
