Technical Solution Architect – Financial Services

Job Description
As a Technology Solution Architect, you are expected to solution and co-design the technology driven transformations for our Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets) clients within Accenture BPO environment. Along this activities, you will get opportunity of learning latest technology trends, new ways and drivers of business process transformations and you will directly contribute to enlarge Accenture footprint in this growing business segment.
Key activities include:
- Co-design a transformation approach of client operations
- Performing a technical discovery / due diligence
- Coordination of involved technology delivery teams
- Develop high level technical solution design
- Collect and size appropriate cost estimates of tools and infrastructure
- Present and discuss solutions with client executives and IT counterparts
- Drive solution approval process through internal executive audience
- Contributing to technology contracting deliverables
Qualifications
Skills/Qualifications
Must have:
- IT mindset, at knowledge area of software platforms hosting / data integration / implementation / security
- Work experience for Financial Industry clients in functional or technical roles
- Past experience in client focused delivery organization (Software / Services)
- Strong communication skills and experience at executive level
- Problem solving, analysis, and design skills, risk and mitigation skills
- Fluent English
Strongly prefered:
- Functional knowledge of Banking or Insurance or Capital Market operations
- Experience in pre-sales environment
- Experience in shared service operations, BPO outsourcing
- Past experience in business process transformations
- Italian language skill
Experience:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in relevant industry per qualifications above
- Past experience in client facing role, in solution architect or business consultant
- Working footprint in Banking, Insurance, Capital market business area
- Proven experience in area of functional and/or technical and/or solution architecture
Educational Requirements
Master’s in computer science or business administration
