Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
This position will lead the Global Analysis team with responsibility for all outcome in for credit risk analysis and reviews for a large multi-national client. They will oversee the execution of credit management processes and performance of credit risk analysis including the determination of customer risk rating and credit lines as well as the management of securities management activities.
Maintain a high level of credit & risk analysis performance in the risk team ensuring full implementation of credit policies and procedures and best working practices and ensure that Service Levels are met and client requirements are address as required.
Preparation of in-depth, comprehensive financial analysis of customers’ financial statements to aid in the determination of appropriate credit lines, credit ratings and maintenance of credit information for the client’s key customers.
Implement business strategies as defined by the client or Accenture to manage credit risk and to manage and assist in the increase of client revenue.
Supervise, develop and motivate a team of team members setting objectives for each role to ensure that skill levels within the team are effectively utilized
Summarise results and pro-actively share opinions and insights to provide well thought out and appropriate recommendations for actions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years prior experience leading a team – with supervision of other leaders desired
- Strong understanding of credit risk concepts, with sound knowledge of financial statements, payment methods and letters of credit
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Order to Cash ERP systems
- Stakeholder management experience is a plus, preferably within an outsourcing environment
- 3+ years previous credit analysis experience or strong RTR process background
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
