What will you do?

 

As an Application Support Engineer you will join one of our Accenture Client Team in order to perform 2nd level support for:

  • ERP systems from Customer Care domain based on SalesForce & Java
  • Oracle E-Business Suite: Lease & Finance Management module

On this position, you will drive incident and problem management activities, interact with internal Business users to solve their system and process related issues, analyze and provide insights on root cause, generate incident and problem reports, provide support during releases and quarter end activities.

Qualifications

What do we expect?

  • 2-3 years of experience as a developer or a support specialist of any ERP systems
  • Very good English
  • Being open to work on Client’s site
  • ITIL knowledge would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of Java EE
  • Opennes to learn: Salesforce, Oracle EBS Lease & Finance Module
  • Experience on support project working for clients located globally
  • Flexibility to support on weekends (in exceptional cases only)
