What will you do:
  • Research Dispute / Deduction
  • Correspond and Negotiate dispute /  Deduction with Customer
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis 
  • Route and Resolve dispute /  Deductions Internally
  • Manage and Process Disputes / Deductions
  • Prepare and investigate dispute / Deduction adjustments and write-off Balances

What do we expect from you:
  • Minimum experience – 2-3 years experience in related customer support areas or equivalent (preferred experience with Accounts Receivable)  
  • Advanced communication skills in English (B2/C1)  
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills  
  • Strong verbal and oral Communication & Customer facing skills  
  • Goal-orientated individual with strong time and task management, organised and methodical with logical approach in addressing issues and strong analytical skills.  
  • Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt is Preferred
