Meet the Life Sciences Team
As a Life Sciences professional in the Capability Network, you’ll work in areas such as Digital Marketing, Patient Services, CRM implementations, business process design and optimization. You’ll use your Life Sciences expertise to improve operations, solve complex problems and streamline processes. You’ll implement exciting new programs, and employ state-of-the-art methodologies to bring value to top Life Sciences clients across the world.
 
 
YOUR ROLE
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Life Sciences Analyst / Consultant, a typical day might include:
 
  • Setting up digital marketing services and mobilizing them
  • Participating in the design and delivery of digital strategies in the areas of Campaign Management, Social Media Strategy/Assessment, Search Engine Marketing, Multi-Channel Marketing/Design, Digital Operating Model, Patient Services
  • Supporting the design of new CRM tools leveraging deep industry expertise and process knowledge
  • Supporting CRM implementations for top LS companies
  • Designing and delivering Change Management & Training strategies
  • Providing industry expertise in various sub-segments of the Pharma/Biotech

 

 
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum  bachelor’s degree
    • 2+ years’ experience within Consulting (preferred) and/or other industry experience
    • Depending on your experience you will be considered for Analyst or Consultant position
    • Experience in international context servicing clients or worked internationally in Life sciences industry, mostly in at least 2 of below fields:
      • CRM
      • Brand Management
      • Patient Retention Programs
      • Sales Force Efficiency
      • Digital and Mobility Solutions
      • Digital Transformation – Program Management
      • Social Media Strategy/Analytics
      • Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimization
      • Web Based Solutions for Pharma marketing
      • Portal design / web strategy / online marketing
      • Multi-Channel Marketing
      • Operating Model Design
      • Pharma R&D
      • Medical Affairs (Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Compliance)
    • Experience in the system implementation either as a business user or conducting User Acceptance Testing in area of (at least 1)
      • Veeva
      • Seibel CRM systems
      • Any SFE/CRM systems
      • Web Analytics
    • Consulting and/or project delivery experience - preferred
    • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
    • Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
    • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
    • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

    WORKING CONDITIONS:         
    • Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
    • Willing to travel c.a. 50% (annual) of time and could be less or more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work is an option and it is depending on the assignment and project arrangement.
