Meet the Supply Chain & Operations Team
 
As a Lean Six Sigma professional in the Capability Network, you’ll work at the heart of the agenda in areas such as Company Value Stream Reviews, Process Performance Analytics and Operating Model Transformation. You’ll use your Operational Excellence expertise to improve operations, increase revenues, reduce costs and drive market differentiation for our world-class clients. You’ll implement exciting new programs, and employ state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to transform an organization from end-to-end.
 
 
YOUR ROLE
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Consultant in our SC&O practice, a typical day might include:
 
  • Leveraging your experience and understanding of Operational Processes performance drivers and Operational Excellence methodologies (e.g. Lean and Six Sigma) to deliver large consulting projects
  • Performing a current state analysis of processes to develop solutions and transformation programs
  • Conducting business impact assessment for the proposed process transformation programs
  • Developing Continuous Improvement Culture Models
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert in area of process performance improvement tools application
  • Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
  • Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events
  • Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Hands-on experience in application of Operational Excellence Tools (Lean and Six Sigma) – optionally confirmed by relevant LSS certification
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting (MS Excel proficiency, Minitab)
  • Knowledge of Statistical Analysis tools (Minitab software knowledge is a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience in successful project delivery

WORKING CONDITIONS:         
  • Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
  • Willing to travel c.a. 70% (annual) of time and could be less or more. Travel is required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend to home location (Poland). Flexible - Remote work is an option and it is depending on the assignment and project arrangement.
