- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Depending on your experience you will be considered for a position of Analyst (2+ years of relevant experience) or Consultant (5+ years of relevant experience)
- Good knowledge of core Finance processes (Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash)
- Good understanding of financial accounting fundamentals, such as the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
- Sound experience in delivery of process improvement and automation, supplemented by good knowledge of supporting IT tools
- Experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath) would be an advantage
- Experience in process mapping and process analysis would be an additional asset
- Knowledge of process improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM) would be an additional asset

- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more.
