- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant Financial Services industry or consulting experience, preferably in the following Insurance project components:
- Business Process Optimization
- Cost Reduction, Operational Efficiency
- “As Is” and “To Be” Analysis, Gap Analysis and Operating Model Road Map creation
- Sales and Distribution strategy
- Underwriting profitability analysis
- Policy and Billing Services
- Claims optimization
- Customer experience
- Relevant experience in Non-Life or Life Insurance – in one or more of the following areas:
- Business analysis, Project management from business or IT perspective
- Process optimization and design
- Digital solutions
- Robotics and process automation
- Change Management
- Insurance systems development/implementation experience
- Contact center development
- Data warehouse, data quality, data management, data migration projects
- Knowledge of Insurance Software and Core Platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, ALIP, CSC Systems, is an advantage
- Professional certifications like CPCU, FLMI (LOMA) are an advantage
- Shared Service experience would be an advantage

- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more.
