Salesforce Consultant
Job description:
 
  • Advising clients in implementation of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) for the biggest clients in Poland and abroad.
  • Developing business requirements and functional designs to effectively shape Cloud solutions.
  • Conducting & facilitating requirements and design sessions.
  • Designing overall Salesforce architecture concept and SaaS ecosystem (e.g. CPQ solutions, Order Management solution, etc)
  • Building of integration solutions between the CRM platform and other clients systems architecture.
  • Driving project from Design through deployment phase.
 
  • University degree (preferably in Computer Science).
  • At least  3 years of experience in Salesforce technology.
  • Configuration on Salesforce products (Sales, Service and/or Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience in design and documentation of business process (Jira and Confluence)
  • Experience in full circle implementation and deployment of Salesforce CRM applications.
  • Understanding of key Salesforce CRM architectural concepts and Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
  • Experince in metodology Scrum Agile nice to have.
  • Understanding of key integration concept (Point-to-Point/Middle Ware).
  • Ability to develop business requirements and functional designs to effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.
  • Ability to facilitate requirements and design sessions.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements when applicable.
  • Preferably Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant).
