Your Role

As a Senior Manager in Insurance, you will:

  • Design and implement high-value solutions: lead the charge in creating innovative solutions that help our clients reinvent their business models and operations.
  • Develop business opportunities: become a trusted partner, supporting clients from strategy to execution, and identifying new business development opportunities.
  • Strengthen capabilities: continuously enhance your analytical, executive, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • A strong academic background (MSc. Diploma).
  • 8-11 years of experience in the insurance industry within a strategy consulting capacity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the insurance industry, including traditional processes and business models, and transformation towards data, digital, and ecosystems.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in various aspects of project delivery (market analysis, strategy and business model assessment, process development, and transformation execution).
  • Passion and drive to build teams and business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Dutch & English).
