- People: As a Senior Manager in the High Tech industry team, you will engage with our clients’ leadership team to understand their key challenges and requests.
- Processes: You will support our clients on a variety of challenges like: How to reduce manufacturing cycle time? How to optimize end-to-end processes and guide our clients towards increased levels of execution efficiency and effectiveness? How to transform into a data-driven enterprise and leveraging new technologies to gain competitive advantage?
- Technology: Technology solutions play a vital role in businesses. You will e.g. support the prioritization of business and IT effort to invest in front-end and back-end solutions that accommodate data-driven decision making .
- Data: As an expert in data analytics, you can come up with concepts and solutions to build data landscape. More importantly, you can understand the story behind data and identify key insights to address the challenges faced by our clients.

Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant consulting experience, either through your work at other consulting firms or through leading strategic business transformation programs;
- Master’s degree, preferably in business/economics or engineering;
- Strong and relevant network in the community of our (potential) clients;
- Experience in leading and closing large and complex deals. Driving opportunities from opening to closing. Orchestrating the opportunities within a large and complex organization across multiple stakeholders internally as well as externally;
- Deep understanding of the challenges that C-level faces today;
- Leadership skills to mentor, challenge, advise, and coach team members and foster a team-oriented and inclusive environment;
- Excellent communication skills.
