Join us and make delivering innovative work a part of your extraordinary career. As a Technology Resale Director, you'll play a pivotal role in Accenture's Technology ecosystem. You'll collaborate with our extensive network of ecosystem partners to tailor deals according to client needs, facilitating the sourcing of products and services through Accenture as a Technology reseller or embedded solution.

What you will do

Client-Facing Sales Activities:

  • Proactively identify and generate sales opportunities by engaging with clients and cultivating a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Accenture sales leadership to devise growth strategies and implement account plans.
  • Lead sales pursuits, interacting with senior executives from both IT and Client Business, and negotiate commercial terms.

Develop Key Relationships:

  • Build and maintain relationships with Accenture leadership, client groups, and service lines to promote Technology Resale offerings.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with clients' procurement organizations and key decision-makers in IT and business client organizations.
  • Engage with ecosystem partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and execute them effectively.

Sales Pursuit and Closure:

  • Strategize and execute win and teaming strategies in alignment with client power maps.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop technical and sales proposals with compelling commercial deal constructs.
  • Negotiate commercial and contracting conditions with partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Territory Management:

  • Identify and qualify potential Technology Resale opportunities by understanding client team activities and buying behaviors.
  • Conduct networking and prospecting activities with clients, client teams, and partners to uncover potential opportunities.
  • Manage sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasting, and deliver on commitments.


What you will bring


  • Proven ability to creatively solve client problems and address complex business issues by integrating Partners' solutions with Accenture services.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with senior management levels internally and externally.

What you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Sales/Resale roles.
  • Track record of exceeding targets, preferably with values exceeding $20 million.
  • Experience in a Consulting firm and/or a Global System Integrator (GSI) company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in English; Dutch proficiency preferred.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Possess strong relationships with hyperscalers.
  • Have a deep understanding of Cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
  • Understand the client's technology agenda and priorities.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales leadership in originating and closing Technology opportunities.
  • Proven ability to interface and negotiate with technology and business executives.
  • Ability to earn credibility and navigate through a large, complex internal organization.
  • High energy level, sense of urgency, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character as a team player.
