Your job
In your job you will focus on delivering integration solutions to Workday clients by designing, building, testing and deploying integration solutions and reports. You will work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration; you may have supervisory responsibilities as well.
As a Workday Senior Integration consultant, you are accountable for assigned integrations and/or project activities assigned. On a daily basis you will interact with all workstreams including functional, reports, conversion, change management and project management. You will adapt existing methods, tools and procedures to create solutions to deliver on client needs and analyze business requirements to determine integration solutions across various types of integrations, documentation of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives, and final decisions.
Moreover, you will be part of an international diverse team which may include international travel. This opportunity is available for employment either in Belgium or the Netherlands.
Your team
Our colleagues in the services-based Technology group help clients, both big and small, by revolutionizing their strategic blueprints for IT transformations. Which cloud platform fits best with client X? How do certain IT-solutions impact the risk analysis of suppliers? How can organizations become more agile and through what process are new applications developed from design thinking workshops?
Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals, you will develop innovative solutions based on their roadmaps, through mediums such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Throughout the blueprint process you will engage in the development of defense strategies, combining technology and user behavior, to ensure the security of your client. Together we connect the needs of clients with upcoming innovative technologies to prepare them for the future.
As part of the Workday Business Group, you'll be physically joining our BeNeLux team and by extension joining our global Workday Business Group practice and together with 3000 colleagues do your part in helping our customers with their implementation.

Qualifications
Your background
You are certified in:
- Workday Integration (must have)
- Workday HCM (nice to have)
- Workday Studio (nice to have)
- Workday Extend (nice to have)
and
- Proficiency in multiple integration areas: Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs/iLoad solutions and Payroll Integrations (PECI)
- Knowledge of XSLT /XML
- Complex reporting (Custom reports, calculated fields, Workday object model)
- Knowledge of API's and Raas components
- Prior experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment
- Knowledge on Workday Methodology Your way and Launch (preferred)
- Desire to work in an HR information systems (HRIS) environment
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- You ideally understand either French or Dutch, and are fluent in English
- A drivers’ license is strongly preferred
- You are open to travel on a 20% basis (approx.)
