The work
Shape the future of financial services by focusing on Compliance and FEC (“Financial Economic Crime”). Stay ahead of trends and elevate insights from data. - Team You will be part of the Risk & Compliance team, a highly skilled and motivated group driving the Risk & Compliance agenda. As part of this role, you will have access to a growing global team of Risk and Compliance experts providing Strategy & Consulting services to financial institutions.
- Your daily tasks Your internship goes beyond the usual tasks; it's a chance to engage in meaningful conversations and build connections. Transform clients with data-driven approaches to identify and mitigate Financial Economic Crime (“FEC”) risks. Use predictive analytics for effective Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and Combat Financial Terrorism and Sanctions Compliance. Leverage machine learning for the early detection of suspicious transactions and implement generative AI to help clients improve their operational capacity, with innovative strategies, operating models, and valuable insights, making a real impact. Qualifications
Here's what you will need
- You are currently a master student enrolled at a Dutch university for the full length of your internship.
- You are almost finished with your master studies at university and are looking for work experience within your field of interest with future career opportunities.
- You have a background in Business Information Management, Strategic Management, Economics/Business Administration, Business Analytics, or similar.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch; both spoken and written.
- You have demonstrable affinity and/or experience with trends and developments in the field of data and business analytics.
Bonus points if you:
- You have done extracurricular activities such as a board year or internship.
- You work independently and have a hands-on mentality; you are creative and take responsibility.
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills; you are professional and accurate.
